are described in detail in our Si2 License and Download Policies. This document defines Member Releases and non-member or General Releases.

January 2003 to September 2008, Si2 distributed OpenAccess releases to members and non-members from separate OpenEDA projects. Each of these projects had it's own Bug/Feature Request trackers and Discussion forum. The members-only project was access restricted. Si2 merged these two projects 09-19-08. The one project is open for view by the public, allows open view/submit to the trackers and forums, and still imposses membership for downloads of latest releases and license approval for all OpenAccess downloads.

Members-Only Projects at this point are coalition only projects that require membership in a specific Si2 coalition, like OAC, LPC, OMC, or DFMC for access.
