This draft Specification contains portions of a the Cadence contribution Proposed Changes to Si2 Common Power Format Version 1.0 Standard, dated February 29, 2008, Those portions constitute a confidential submission in response to the Request for Technology issued by the Low Power Coalition ("LPC") on January 12, 2007. This draft Specification is being provided for review and use only within the LPC solely for purposes of extending the Si2 Common Power Format Standard. Recipient shall use reasonable care, but in no event no less than the same degree of care that Recipient uses to protect their own confidential and proprietary information of similar importance, to prevent the unauthorized use, disclosure, publication and dissemination of the specification until such time the specification is an approved Si2 LPC Specification.
