How to get a User Account

If your company has an account here:

NOTE: Si2 sponsored coalitions, councils, and technical advisory boards have many members-only collaboration areas on the http://www.si2.org site. Access to these areas is restricted to the specific user participants. You will need to have a registered user account if you represent your company in any of our coalitions or work groups in order to have access to your group collaboration areas.


ELSE IF
You just want to download publically available:
  • Non-Licensed AND
  • Click-through licensed materials
(Login is required of all downloads).
Then Register as a Visitor!      (more info)

Get a Guest-Individual
or
Academic Non-Corporate Personal account
Join Si2
(Free Academic Membership)

Get a Guest Company account
Join Si2  

Si2 Member Company Account:
Actions required by your company:
Join Si2.

Submit a signed license(s) from the Licenses page for materials that your company is interested in that are distributed from OpenEDA.Si2.org.

Si2 will then set up a company account and your company users can register under it.

Done.

Si2 Academic Membership for Individuals Affiliated with an Accredited Institution:

Submit a signed license(s) from the Licenses page for materials that you are interested in that are distributed from OpenEDA.Si2.org.

Si2 will then set up an academic individual company account for you to register under.

Si2 Academic Membership: Non-Corporate Personal

Submit a signed license(s) from the Licenses page for materials that you are interested in that are distributed from OpenEDA.Si2.org.

Si2 will then set up an academic individual company account for you to register under.

Guest Company Account:

ALL downloads on OpenEDA require login. Most materials require signed or click-through licenses.
As of February 27, 2008, materials that are covered by click-through licenses are available to visitor accounts. There are also materials that contain the copyright information or shrink-wrap license information and may be open for download by visitor accounts. Check the (?) link next to a specific file listing in a project for the required memberships and licenses for that file's download.
