Interoperability Guide for Power Format Standards

This guide documents a mapping between the subset of commands and arguments in
1801 and CPF that can be used to describe a low power design with consistent
semantics to drive verification and implementation. This document, when combined
with the Si2 LPC Glossary v1.1, provides a complete
and in-depth understanding of the key commonalities between the two power formats.
